Canyon Pediatrics is happy to host WIC services in the East Valley through our partnership with The Epiphany Project WIC program!
Our WIC program focuses on supporting families online, in-person, or in the community. Our staff works to do our best to support you the way that you need to be supported. For some, online appointments are the best way to connect. Others may want to come in to an office to meet and connect. Our WIC program also works with community agencies and medical provides to help provide one stop integrated serices connected to the places you go the most.

If you or your family member meets the following criteria, they may be eligible for WIC:
A pregnant, postpartum, and/or breastfeeding woman OR baby/child up to age 5
Participate in AHCCCS, SNAP, or TANF OR meet income eligibility guidelines

Personalized education on healthy, active living for the whole family
Group sessions to connect with other participants
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on staff to answer your questions about nutrition
Healthy Food Access
Healthy food package tailored to your family’s needs
Includes fruits and vegetable, whole grains, dairy, and protein foods
Shopper’s Helpline and ezWIC app to make shopping a breeze
Integrated WIC Care
Connection with your primary care providers
Preventative and sick care with in-house Pediatricians
